FAQ
Before calling, be sure to check the following:
- Is the thermostat turned up and/or switched to heat?
- Do the batteries in the thermostat need to be changed?
- Is the switch or breaker turned on?
- Is your gas turned on, propane or oil tanks have fuel?
- Are your vents clear of snow & ice?
- Are your filters clean or do they need to be changed?
- Are the doors installed on the unit?
- Are there lights blinking on the furnace with an error code message?
Before calling, be sure to check the following:
- Check that there is power to the furnace & outdoor condenser!
- Is the Thermostat set to cool and turned down?
- Are there doors installed on the unit?
- Does the filter need to be cleaned or replaced?

- Check to see if just one area of house is slow or the entire house!
- If the sewer is plugged, then the entire house will be slow draining!
- If just one drain is plugged, it will only affect certain areas of the house!
