Before calling, be sure to check the following:
  • Is the thermostat turned up and/or switched to heat?
  • Do the batteries in the thermostat need to be changed?
  • Is the switch or breaker turned on?
  • Is your gas turned on, propane or oil tanks have fuel?
  • Are your vents clear of snow & ice?
  • Are your filters clean or do they need to be changed?
  • Are the doors installed on the unit?
  • Are there lights blinking on the furnace with an error code message?
Before calling, be sure to check the following:
  • Check that there is power to the furnace & outdoor condenser!
  • Is the Thermostat set to cool and turned down?
  • Are there doors installed on the unit?
  • Does the filter need to be cleaned or replaced?
Before calling, be sure to check the following:
  • Check to see if just one area of house is slow or the entire house!
  • If the sewer is plugged, then the entire house will be slow draining!
  • If just one drain is plugged, it will only affect certain areas of the house!

  • Is the pilot light on?
  • Is there power to the power vent or tankless units?
